SUMMARY:IP Series: Navigating the IP Maze in AI Technologies
DESCRIPTION:In an era where generative artificial intelligence is becoming ubiquitous\, understanding the IP and commercialization landscape around it becomes crucial for researchers and startup founders. The Center for Technology Licensing at Cornell University knows the importance of securing strong IP for successful commercialization and developing the creation of technologies with a positive global impact in mind while ensuring safe and trustworthy practices. Given the ongoing search for legal clarification\, two presentations are offered to inform researchers and early-stage startup founders working in AI-related technologies. These presentations aim to cover the latest legislative pieces\, good practices\, cautionary tales\, and insights from founders\, accelerator representatives\, and investors. \nIP Series – Navigating the IP Maze in AI Technologies \nThis virtual event\, scheduled for March 7\, will focus on securing IP rights for AI-related technologies. Join us for an in-depth exploration with Jason Novak\, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright\, specializing in Precision Medicine and Digital Health\, alongside Douglas Link\, a Member at Cozen O’Connor. They will provide invaluable insights into obtaining IP protection and navigating the patent landscape in the digital health and AI sectors. Register here.
