SUMMARY:MedTech Innovations: Leveraging Cornell Alumni Expertise
DESCRIPTION:Careers Beyond Academia and the Center for Technology Licensing bring together alumni in the medical device space to provide a holistic view of that industry. The objective is to explore how established corporations and startup companies push forward medical device innovations into the market. \nOur panel of guest speakers—industry-experienced alumni and professionals\, and Cornell-affiliated startup founders —will share their expertise and experiences to highlight the diverse avenues to commercialization. It is also an occasion to hear their individual journeys and lessons learned. \nThis hybrid event is open to all (students\, postdocs\, and faculty researchers in any discipline)\, and it includes a networking session where in-person attendees can connect with speakers following the panel discussion. \nLocation: BioTechG01 @‌11:30am-1:30pm.
