We will hold the first part of this webinar series on June 21st and will focus on the evaluation process for CEO candidates. OUP Managing Partner Marc Singer will discuss the importance of the leadership team to a startup’s success and explore methods for evaluating outside CEOs. The webinar will highlight relevant backgrounds and important characteristics of a startup CEO\, and it will provide tools to assist with candidate evaluation. Marc will also provide data on the performance of different types of CEOs\, including grad students and professors\, from OUP’s tech portfolio. \nThe second part of the webinar series will be held later this summer and will focus on sourcing of the CEO and other C-suite talent.
