New Venture Series: Data Rights & Commercialization Strategies in AI Innovation

In an era where generative artificial intelligence is becoming ubiquitous, understanding the IP and commercialization landscape around it becomes crucial for researchers and startup founders. The Center for Technology Licensing (CTL) at Cornell University knows the importance of securing strong IP for successful commercialization and developing the creation of technologies with a positive global impact in mind while ensuring safe and trustworthy practices. Given the ongoing search for legal clarification, two presentations are offered to inform researchers and early-stage startup founders working in AI-related technologies.
