Bruce Toman started working at CTL in 2000 and managed a portfolio of inventions, devices, and research tools, mostly in the CNS space, before leaving CTL to join a startup in 2016. He returned as a consultant, working on a diverse range of specific projects for the licensing officers and handling outgoing MTAs for WCM.
