Are you a scientist, researcher, or engineer working on a tech innovation that you think has strong commercialization potential? Not sure how to move your idea from the lab to the real world?
Join the free, three-week NSF I-Corps Regional Course and learn how to talk to customers, develop a business model, and find product-market fit!
The I-Corps Regional Course is funded by the National Science Foundation, run by the Cornell-based UNY I-Corps Node, and taught by experienced entrepreneurs. Using an ‘evidence-based entrepreneurship’ methodology, scientists learn how to develop business hypotheses, test them in interviews with 30 potential customers, and find the best product-market fit for their technology. After successfully completing the course, teams can become eligible to apply to the national NSF I-Corps Teams program where they’ll receive $50,000 to continue their customer discovery process.
