Anti-SHMT1 Antibody

Serine hydroxymethyltransferase (SHMT) is an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible conversion of serine and glycine. SHMT is thought to be involved in DNA methylation mechanism and play important roles in cell proliferation and cell cycle. This antibody will be useful in the study of cell growth and arrest.
