CTL@WCM Office Hours with Loren Busby

CTL@WCM Office Hours are open to all who wish to discuss their technology venture project with a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with a representative of the Weill Cornell Enterprise Innovation office.

Presented by the Center for Technology Licensing, the October 13th office hours will be hosted by Loren Busby from 12-2pm and will focus on the perspectives Loren brings to venture.

Loren A. Busby, CFA, is Director of WCM’s BioVenture eLab and previously served as one of its Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. She spent 25 years in the venture capital industry and several years in interim management roles at healthcare-related startups.

She is well-versed in topics such as:
• New venture legal structures
• Cap tables and founder’s equity
• Investor pitches & fundraising
• SBIR/STTR grants
• Team-building
