CTL has a rich portfolio of companies that have spun out of research labs at Cornell. The current portfolio comprises 100 companies, of which 34 are New York State-based. These companies extend across several industry categories, including biotechnology, diagnostics, food tech, agtech, semiconductors, manufacturing, hardware, and production tools.

 

Cornell offers a nurturing ecosystem. Incubators such as Praxis and the Center for Life Science support some of these startups before graduating.

The startups are vectors of economic vitality by creating new jobs in New York State and beyond.
